Return Policies

Here is a couple of thins to keep in mind when returning items

• You only have 14 days after purchasing any unused or unopened products to exchange.
• No refunds are made ONLY store credit so you're welcomed to exchange.
• You will be responsible for paying any shipping cost for returning your item, shipping cost are non refundable.
• Wink'd Af item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Any items that have signs of usage will be declined, and shipped back at the customers expense.
• We do not accept open products due to sanitary reasons.
• Sale items are NON returnable or refundable
• Please ensure the items you return to us are adequately packaged. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended you use a shipping method that can be tracked.
• Once items are shipped, we are not responsible if the package is damaged or becomes lost.
• We do not waive shipping cost for returns.
• By placing an order with Wink'd Af, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
